5. Who We Share Data With

We use trusted third-party providers to run our business, each acting as a data processor and only accessing what's necessary for its function:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers for our website

  • Scheduling software for meeting bookings
  • Email delivery services for transactional communications
  • AI language model providers, where our automations use AI to process or generate content (e.g., drafting outreach, summarising data). We do not use client data to train third-party AI models.

A full list of named sub-processors is available on request — contact us at enquiries@ydntech.com.

We do not sell personal data.

6. International Data Transfers

As a UAE-based entity, we may transfer data to sub-processors located in the EU, UK, and US (listed above). Where this involves personal data of individuals in the EU/UK, we rely on those providers' adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or equivalent safeguards under GDPR Article 46.

7. Data Retention

  • Client data processed under a service agreement: retained per the terms of that agreement, and deleted or returned on termination
  • Website analytics: per the retention settings of the analytics tool in use

8. Your Rights

If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, erase, or port your data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If you are in the UAE (PDPL): You have equivalent rights to access, correction, erasure, and objection, and may lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at enquiries@ydntech.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Analytics (Google Analytics): We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example pages viewed, referral source, and general device and approximate location information. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as "_ga") on your device for this purpose. We review this data in aggregate to improve the site.
  • Your preferences: We store your selected pricing currency in your browser's local storage so the site can remember it on return visits. This stays on your device and is not shared with us.

We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell any data collected through them.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser opt-out add-on.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (access controls, encrypted connections, limited data-sharing) to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

11. Children

Our website and services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

12. Changes to This Policy
